Empowering Veterans and Protecting Wildlife Through Innovative Programs

As the CEO of SAVSIM CIC, I am thrilled to announce the launch of our second Warriors of Hope animal-assisted therapy program for this year. Scheduled for November, this initiative aims to provide crucial support to veterans struggling with mental health issues and PTSD. In partnership with the Zoological Society of London (ZSL), we are excited to continue our mission of enhancing the well-being of veterans while also contributing to the conservation of wildlife.

In addition to our therapy program, we are embarking on another significant deployment to South Africa. This time, our team of veterans will be transitioning into the vital field of preventing wildlife crime and anti-poaching efforts. By supporting the ranger community and reserves globally, we are not only safeguarding wildlife but also empowering veterans to find purpose and meaning in their post-service lives.

Clay Day Fundraisers

As we gear up for our annual Clay Day fundraiser on June 13th, held at the prestigious Holland and Holland Grounds, the excitement is palpable. With over 80 attendees confirmed, this event promises to be a memorable occasion dedicated to supporting our veteran community and combating wildlife crime. We are deeply grateful to our sponsors—Reds10, Fenwick Elliott LLP, HACE ENABLING LIMITED, and Project One London—for their generous support, which makes events like Clay Day possible.

Among our esteemed attendees are representatives from renowned companies such as Savills, Colliers, Galliard Homes, GSB, Leeds Marsh, InformFX, Keystone Law, HLM Architects, and Mumble Forum. Their presence underscores the widespread commitment to our cause and the recognition of the vital role veterans play in safeguarding our natural heritage.

At SAVSIM CIC, we believe in the transformative power of collaboration. By bringing together individuals and organisations from various sectors, we can create sustainable solutions that benefit both veterans and wildlife alike. Our partnerships with companies like Savills, Colliers, and Notts County Football Club exemplify this collaborative spirit, demonstrating that when we unite behind a common goal, we can achieve remarkable outcomes.

On behalf of the veterans we support and the animals we protect, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone involved in making our initiatives possible. Together, we are making a tangible difference in the lives of those who have served our country and in the conservation of our precious wildlife.

As we look ahead, let us continue to work hand in hand, united in our commitment to building a brighter future for veterans and wildlife alike. Thank you for your unwavering support and dedication to our cause.
